Complete teams consist of 3 males and 3 females for Division A, B, C for Division D, and E a complete team consists of 2 males and 2 females all teams must have at least one runner 40 years or older. 

Team captains must enter the date of birth of the master runner when inputting the roster before the deadline.
No master riders will be added after the roster deadline.

Online Waiver

Each participant must sign the online waiver prior to anyone picking up the participants bib.
No online waiver signature = no bib.

Check in Procedure

– There will be no race day packet pick up

– All bibs must be picked up during the designated packet up up dates 

– The online waiver must be signed prior to the bibs being released to the team captain or individual

Participation Points 

– A complete team 6/4 depending on division will earn 30 participation points 

– Each additional runner that crosses the finish line will earn one point

– Incomplete teams will earn one point for each participant 

– Medals will be awarded by teams in their respective division: 6 Medals for A | B | C | D | E


– There is no uniform requirement, but it is encouraged that each company wear their Corporate Challenge shirts

Combination Team Format

– Teams will be provided with a maximum of 20 timing bibs and 200 un-timing bibs 

– No animals, bikes or roller blades will be allowed on the course. 

– No children are allowed on the race course with the exception of children in strollers

Runners with strollers must start in the back for safety reasons *no exceptions*

Governing Body 

There is no general governing body for this event: 

– Each team will be provided a maximum of 20 timing bibs, times will be recorded electronically from the bib as the runners cross the finish line/mats

– Each team will be provided a maximum of 200 un-timing bibs, to get participation points the runner must rip off the bottom of the bib and hand it to volunteers after crossing the finish line to gain participation points 

– Male and female runners will start simultaneously and complete the same course, racing against time

– Runners will not cut corners to deviate from the designated course, violators will be disqualified 

– Water and first aid will be provided at the start and finish line, which is located on UT Dallas Campus


– A | B | C   Top 3 Male and Top 3 Female finishing times *1 must be a master* 

– D | E Top 2 Male and Top 2 Female finishing times *1 must be a master* 

– Master runner must be designated on the roster prior to the event, no changes will be made to the roster after the roster deadline. (Master riders are participants who are 40 years or older)
