What is a virtual challenge?
A virtual challenge is a challenge that can be accomplished from any location and any workout you choose. You can run, walk, jog, hike, follow a workout video, lift weights etc. As long as you stay active, you’ll complete the challenge!
How it works?
Stack up 31 miles by May 27th, keep track of each mile/minute you are active! Download the running log below and record each distance.
Not a Runner or biker? That is OK! IF you’d rather lift weights, go for a family walk or do a workout video online, you still get rewarded. Miles will be counted by 15 minute increments of physical activity with each 15 min = 1 mile.
Example – 15 mins = 1 mile / 30 mins = 2 miles / 45 minutes = 3 miles / 60 mins = 4 miles
This challenge is open to all ages and all activity levels, challenge your friends but make sure to maintain a safe minimum 6 foot distance from each other!

DO I HAVE TO RUN?
You do not have to be a runner to participate in the Virtual 50k Challenge.
You can walk, job, do a fitness video, bike, hike anything to keep you moving and active!
